Rental Requirements
- No smokers or vapers.
- Minimum credit score of 620.
- Monthly income of 3.5 times the rent.
- Pet friendly (some breeds are restricted for insurance reasons).No chained or outdoor-only animals. Pets live inside with the family.Service dogs are always welcome.We love seeing your pets dressed up for Christmas and Halloween, so send us photos!
- If you have pets: up to 3 per home, $500 non-refundable pet fee, and $50 per pet per month pet rent. We love large dogs.
- No prior evictions.
- Everyone 18 and older who will live in the home must submit an application.
We can work with you to improve your credit score and prepare you to buy a house in the future.

How renting with us works
- Find a home you like and click to ask about it.
- We’ll send a short pre-qualification form so you know the requirements up front.
- Schedule a showing. Vacant homes: self-guided tours are available once you complete a quick registration. Occupied homes: we pre-screen first, then schedule a showing time that works with the current residents.
- Apply online. Every applicant is screened by the same written criteria. Applications and screening are handled through RentRedi.
- Monthly rent is paid through the tenant app straight to the owner. Maintenance requests go through the app too.

Some homes may be offered with a lease-option. Terms vary by property, so just ask.
