I’m a licensed Florida broker with 26+ years in real estate, and founder of the Tallahassee Investors Network (TIN). I’ve seen the ups and downs, the good and the bad of real estate, and I pride myself on helping buyers pick a home that will grow in value over the years. When you send me a property, I’m looking at what you’re looking at: market rents, what the roof and HVAC will cost, whether it’s tied up in probate, and whether the numbers work after all that.
